| I can't wait for it to be out already. And yes, I am expecting lots of extra Snape scenes. Give the poor guy a DADA class! LoL | |

| I was really disappointed too. Not just for the cutting of Snape, but the whole 'learning non-verbal spells' thing is kind of important. I was also sad they cut the "Don't call me a coward!" line. An apparition class or too would be fun. Those seemed really funny to me when I read them. | |

| Agreed!!! And then they added teh whole DE attack on the Burrow.. stupid, stupid. And then the Weasleys stood around and gawked instead of fighting, saving their home... makes me wonder.. I thought they live in the world of Magic!!! Humm... | |

| All in all, the only time we can see Severus teaching a DADA class, was back in PoA, when he replaced Lupin and gave that lecture about werewolves.
I expected a nice DADA class, featuring his famous speech about the Dark Arts (as important in my opinion as the one he gave about Potions back in the first movie), instead of showing us all the teenager moods about their love life.
Maybe I'm too old ? But I had the feeling that the movie had been made for teenagers while an adult audience (and readership) would have surely expected something more mature in content (not what you think !) - teaching the non-verbal spells, the Horcrux memories, etc.
For example, just thinking of it : they made Ginny hide the HBP potion book in the Room of Requirement. Well, the problem is, in the book, Harry remembers where he has hidden the HBP potion book, in a cabinet, with a statue carrying a wig and a diadem. How are they going to sort out this in the DH movie, if Harry had NOT found himself a place to hide this book ? Will they make Ginny find the Ravenclaw Diadem Horcrux herself ? Instead we had the kiss between Harry and Ginny... Ditto for the DE attack on the Burrow indeed, I fully agree !

| No, not to old, if your old then I think I am ancient.. I know that they needed to (why?) cover the part of teenage angst and crapola, but was that really about Severus?? Yes, I would have LOVED seeing Severus teach again, oh yes, the non verbal spell... oh yes, yes, yes, but instead we see 'helpless' magic folks who can't put out a fire. I am sure that DH has been rewritten to some sort, though since they are splitting it up, its coming out in 2 movies, the assumption is that its more faithful to the book. Groans!! We have a kissing, make out scene between Harry and Hermione, and Harry will be nakid, not only once, but 2x. yeah... good, great. Though HBP Severus was in it more then the previous movies, still, they cut out too much. They had never explained the Marauders map.. I dunno, on one hand I know they are doing what they can and are sticking to the baseline story but on the other hand, missing out. Maybe it's just us!?!?! Are we to biased?? Do we have to see AR/Snape in every scene?? Considering the movie is named 2nd after him.. YES!!! | |

| I am with you both on that one. I am mostly dissapointed with the lack of DADA lesson, especially since everyone has been saying that he wanted that position for years and now that he got it, they don't even show him teaching the subject. Ugh!
And all that teenage drama also was a little too much for me. I realize it's a part of the story, butI could do with few scenes less of that and few more of the important stuff.
